The company began its journey in the Egyptian market through Al-Salmaniyah Real Estate Development Company, operating under its brand name “Radix Real Estate Development,” in 2018. It started investing heavily in New Cairo, particularly in the Fifth Settlement and Beit Al Watan area. Radix also aligned itself with Egypt’s strategic direction towards developing new cities, especially the New Administrative Capital east of Cairo, which spans a total area of 170,000 feddans. Radix launched its first commercial, administrative, and medical building in the New Administrative Capital.
